Within the warranty period and scope, the maintenance of the hardware and software failures is free of charge. If it is necessary to return to the factory for maintenance, RWD shall pay the round-trip freight and customs clearance fee for the equipment or components.
Products returned to the factory for maintenance beyond the warranty period, the customer shall bear the corresponding cost of accessories, round-trip freight, customs clearance and tax declaration.
RWD could provide life-long technical support for the products sold.
After receiving the maintenance demand or technical consultation, the customer service staff will reply within 24 hours on working days and give the solution within 48 hours.
RWD could provide remote technical support for installation and reparation per reasonable request and extra on-site training that distributor shall bear the travel expenses.
The Distributor shall assist RWD in the installation, training, after-sales service and maintenance for the Products sold to End User.
